Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within five working days (Mon - Fri) of purchase. All of our candles and melts are hand poured and sometimes we need to pour your order before sending. We are a craft company, so can't go as fast as bigger companies. However, handmade is all part of why our customers love us.

Postage and packaging costs are £3.45 (free over £30) and are sent out Royal Mail Tracked 48, using a fully tracked service. Tracked 48 items are typically delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch. Where there is an option to upgrade to Premium Shipping, items are then sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 if that option is selected, with delivery typically within 1-2 working days of dispatch.
